Relaxing and very comfortable.
Staff members are friendly and easy to approach. Rooms are clean!
I wish there's in-house food service. Nevertheless, there are nearby restaurants you can get good food from like Unseen Japan-Japan for ramen or the Tapsilog eatery just beside the hotel.

Pleasant
I have stayed here many times as the location to the port is very close and EJs restaurant is just across the road. Bed was comfortable enough but the room condition was tiered and the taps and shower were dirty. At least there was a small fridge and the AC worked.
